Brave Galaxy is set in a world loosely based on Hiro Mashima’s Fairy Tail and Eden’s Zero. It is a PG-13 or so rated space fantasy RP, and uses a combination of character statistics, which can be acquired via roleplaying and events, and creative freedom to help direct players’ characters. While there is a main storyline, which can be found in the events section, characters are free to interact with others and their environment however they see fit.
Explore the galaxy. Overcome the obstacles in your path. Shape the future of humanity.

"Are those the ones that attacked humanity? I'm a backwater peasant; such things fly by me." He asked, his fingers fidgeting and twitching impatiently as the drives began to filter and absorb all the necessary information.
They'd come to this place hoping to see what had become of humanity, if they were still alive and well. An alien attack threw things out of order and changed up their directives considerably. What was supposed to be a distant observation and scouting mission might need to change. He really hadn't hoped to be at the flashpoint for that.
His thoughts were interrupted by a loud clanging, like a massive hammer smashing against a steel bell. The roof was beginning to dent and he hissed under his breath. There was a lot of damn information and both drives were going as fast as possible. The fact he was hearing distant explosions getting louder really didn't bode well.
He did not want to have to call for direct support from the USR fleet. They were on thin ice enough already.
"The bastards want it bad. Worse come to worst, I can try to set this one to self destruct. Problem is, this explosion is going to be even bigger than the last one I set. How far is it to your exit because if it goes off it's only adding to all those damn explosions."

His tone... wasn't even sarcastic? The hell, who called themselves a peasant this day in age? The man certainly wasn't a farmer enslaved under a noble master, but... oh, the meaning had changed. Leo blinked, shaking his head for a second before truly processing what Jairec's query had been. Evidently the Alliance probably wouldn't be all that likely to condone revealing such information, but it was nothing but a name. Giving the enemy a moniker, a title, had two different effects, after all, it at once legitimized the threat and gave a united force the proper will to defeat it. Not that he cared what they thought anyway, though. "Yeah, although less humanity and more so the Independence Gala in particular. It was a fun time," Leo replied with a grin, Eris stifling a laugh in response.
Their ship, yes, it was imperative Blackjack was not destroyed, for its mechanisms had taken them far and wide, and given the state of the craft they were in currently there was considerable reason for concern. At Jairec's words did Leo and Eris glance at each other, before she pulled out her phone. "Our ship is currently parked under a part of the vessel on the south side. We can get there quickly, but only if the way is unobstructed by drones, elsewise fending them off will eat up all our time."
Another explosion, as delightful as that would be, certainly wouldn't help their cause. The man seemed pretty hell-bent on doing so, however, it would take more than simple disagreement to get him to lay off the grandiosity. "Honestly, it doesn't matter if they get the information or not. Given where it's going, Fiore's not going to be too happy hearing about this; whatever corporation decided to make this mess isn't going to be existing for much longer, if there is actually sensitive intelligence on the satellite. And if there isn't, no point in destroying it in the first place," Leo reasoned. If things went well, perhaps Jairec would be able to see past the vengeance he had proclaimed earlier, elsewise the situation was about to get truly troublesome.

*CLANG CLANG CLANG*
Their armoured opponents were really not making this easy. More dents appeared above them and the crate trembled with each heavy impact resounding against its tortured frame.
"That shouldn't be far but we should avoid fu-"
*CRRRRRUNCH*
A part of the ceiling above him was starting to bend and crumple as if gripped by a giant hand.
"In agreement. However detonating this should take care of our fr- actually yes I'll-"
The ceiling finally crumbled and a harsh white searchlight shone through the hole, illuminating metallic dust and revealing the hateful, glaring eye of the drone he had smogged up earlier. He could see the massive fist it had used; the same he'd blown the munitions chain off of. It was raised to strike.
Thinking fast, he yanked out the drives and cursed as it smashed through again, nearly tearing down an entire wall of the container. He fired a few shots, pinging it against its face to little effect, before he tapped away at a few buttons.
"You know what, I hate being interrupted. Let's go."
A few lights on the satellite lit up a bright red and the ocular devices, faintly visible from the ambient dim of the searchlights, shifted their way. The machine hesitated as it scanned the device; all Jairec needed to bound for the enormous opening it had made and roll out.
"Well, you lead the way! Our friends are going to be getting a wonderful surprise!"

Jairec didn't know anything? Either the man lived under a complete rock, he was Pergrandian, or there was something far more bizarre going on. His technology certainly ruled out the first option... and he certainly didn't speak with a Pergrandian accent... which left only more questions than answers. Normally, that was a good thing, but Leo really wasn't in the mood for an interrogation, not to mention they didn't have the time to. He couldn't wait to get out of the cramped, tight corridors of the collapsing vessel, out into the open air of... well, it was a desert, but still. Anything was better when the sky was visible. "Hurry up," he hissed as the dent above deepened further, its crevice now a gaping force.
And of course, the man still decided to blow the thing. Explosions were fun, sure, but not necessarily when one's ship had a very likely chance of being caught in the midst of it. At least Jairec managed to extract the data, though or at least it seemed as thus. There were a thousand other obstacles that immediately ran through his thoughts, however, what if it was all encoded, what if it was useless? Leo pushed them away in scorn as the container finally gave way, revealing a familiar fist as his hand found the hilt of his sword, tugging it from its belt. "Treis, I hate machines, it's so hard to tell when they're dead," he spoke, blade flicked behind him at a near ward all the same.
"You stole the words right out of my mouth," Eris grumbled. Even worse, the automaton had the audacity to brighten the shipping container with its harsh, white light, although it did not hinder his true sight its mere presence was an irritant of the mental sort. With a ticking clock he could not bring the drone down once and for all, however, no matter how much a certain part of him desired to. At least the ensuing blast would, hopefully, so instead Leo sprinted past the machine, taking the lead even as Eris trailed behind him, shouting directions. Soon did they come to a passage that let sunlight leak through, and with that did he glance upward at the sky before turning down another path, its framework the same in style yet ever closer to their destination.

By now, it wasn't just the hissing gasses and echoing explosions they were dealing with. An enormous roar came from behind them as metal tumbled and crumbled; his makeshift bomb had worked given by the noise. The problem is that it had worked a little too well, setting off another chain of blasts so powerful he could not only hear but feel the entire portion of the derelict shuddering violently like a tree caught against a hurricane. He cursed as he punched against a wall, forcefully stabilizing himself as he sprinted to catch up with them.
Worth it for nailing those that impatient, rudely interrupting bastard.
Quietly, his on board communication system sent out a message to his comrades - *No need for retrieval. Going in further. Await further instructions.*
"How much farther? I think we're hitting peak collapse of the vessel. Don't want the ground to give out on the way there!"

A bountiful source of combustion roared behind them, throwing the entire structure off-balance. His leg slid out from under his gait for half a second, although Leo caught his fall with a roll as he continued forward. The corridor soon widened considerably, and at once he found himself in a familiar place, the carcass of the first drone they had destroyed laid unmoving. It was now crushed by a support beam as well as the damage that had originally befallen it, the machine's demise all but certain. It was a reassuring overkill, for once, considering the state of the two he thought he had dispatched earlier.
"Maybe think about that before you set something to self-destruct mode, next time," Eris retorted in response to Jairec's urging. Still did she gesture toward the narrow gap in steel Leo hesitated at. "We're close; it's just past there." He closed his eyes for a moment and sighed, pushing away the momentary nausea that swept over him before proceeding through the cramped passage as Eris eventually caught up.
Emerging from the claustrophobia, as he caught his breath - not even realizing he had held it in the first place - Leo scanned the overhang of the large vessel, the much smaller frame of Blackjack nestled in between girders that had been felled before they had originally landed. From his cursory glance it seemed like the structural integrity of the ship had not yet been compromised in the area, which would be all the observation he would get as Eris sprinted toward their own vehicle, its ramp lowering to meet them as she practically leapt into the cockpit, Leo soon following in the co-pilot's seat. "Get in!" he yelled back in the direction of Jairec as Eris tapped and flicked various toggles on the dashboard, Blackjack's engine soon roaring to life. With that did Leo raise the ramp again as her hands befell the central controls of the ship, its nose quickly pointed toward the desert beyond even as the screeching of metal reached his ears once more.

"Chased by heavily armed deathbots or a concerto of explosions; slim pickings, possibly redundant."
The hellish cacophony and bone-shaking vibrations aside, it appeared that the corporate drones out to hunt them down weren't interested in sticking around for the forthcoming collapse of the vessel. They'd already taken heavy losses with whatever heavily modified drone tech they'd sent out and recovering it would be a dead end with how much was going to be destroyed.
The explosions weren't getting any quieter, sounding more and more like a mob of howling demons out to consume them alive. He wasted little time hopping onto the vessel, finding somewhere to make himself comfortable and buckling in. He didn't know how talented of pilots they were but exiting a collapsing vessel likely was as good a test of their skills as any. In the back of his head, he the thoguht of some dislodged piece of hull falling right onto the vessel as it began taking off hovered on his mind.
It seemed like Jairec was at least inherently familiar with the inner workings of ships, wasting no time securing himself in a passenger's seat within the cockpit. With that did the secondary door partitioning the control room and the rest of Blackjack, fashioned more like an apartment than anything as the man would have likely noticed, snap shut with the flip of a switch, followed by another toggle. "Cargo bay gravity lock engaged," Leo stated, receiving a brief nod in response from Eris as the ship accelerated suddenly under her command. It was almost a jolt, although not quite, and it was certainly not ushered under the guise of inexperience. Rather had the exit before them begin to fold inward on itself, a slow screeching of metal on other components that left a girder behind Blackjack in its wake. A quick tug of the steering and the ship tilted ninety degrees through the bypass, edges shrieking steel against steel although all the same the desert air was quickly revealed, sun beating down on the sands only ablated by the shade cast from vessels above.
Red text displayed on the glass overlay in front of them, a brief flash about loss in shield integrity, or something, he didn't bother to pick out the specifics. Of far greater concern were the blips on the radar that were drawing nearer, although Leo determined such less by the dashboard in front of him and more by the approaching dives of enemy ships. "Shit," Eris muttered, glancing back at Jairec for about half a second though she addressed him even as her eyes steadied on the ahead. "Hope you don't mind going for a little trip; we're not big enough to fight them all off." Despite her curse a grin played out on her visage all the same, thumbs shifting to triggers even as Leo peddled a control, targeting system dropping down in front of his vision.
Fire began to spray from two different sources on the ship, a salvo of plasma beams as Eris pointed Blackjack up to the sky all the same, speed ramping up even as the returning shots of other vessels impacted, a spattering of grazes and more serious tremors. Even so, Eris's voice had settled into a monotone as she spoke to the ship itself. "Set a course for Trillium."

"Trillium? What is on Trillium?" He asked, at a genuine loss. Fire still burned their veins and the warmth of residual heat, some of it from the hot grime that had splashed onto him, almost called him back to the inferno they had narrowly escaped from. In the carnage, he had barely the time to think or plan ahead. Now that a reprieve had been earned for the maddening actions against corporate warfare and alien treachery, all that was left was just three shifty figures in a transport vessel bound for a location only one of them knew nothing of.
"I must thank you for your help; this little vengeful plot would have been considerably more difficult without your sword and sorcery." He added, wiping at the filth that had accumulated on his body. He was bleeding somewhere; not his blood but the synthetic mixture that mimicked it. The flesh-veil he wore was useful in that sense; it was a light outer layer of protection but he could not afford it to be damaged until it reached to the actual alien underneath.

A smattering of energized bullets peppered the hull of Blackjack, but they were in no mood to stick around long, especially as a larger ship found in the upper atmosphere began to train its sights upon them. Before it could fire, however, they escaped the confinement of air as Eris steadily pushed forward a lever, plunging them into the void of space-time. Yet while the physical confrontation had come to a close, there was still the matter of an extremely suspicious stranger on their ship, possessing information that may or may not have been what they were searching for in the first place.
Leo turned around in his seat, now unbuckled, looking the man up and down. His praise was lost on them, ignored as Leo tilted his head slightly, narrowing his eyes that seemed to dance between two equally inhuman hues. "Let's see, first of all you mistook the West Fioran colonies for the eastern ones, which in itself is not a terrible slip-up, but now you don't know what or where Trillium is? How the hell are you fluent in this language and you don't even know that? And please, you're not a mere scavenger, your friend certainly wouldn't have needed to be honorably avenged, if that were the case," Leo spoke, delivered in a calm yet pressing manner despite his word choice. No, it did not add up, nothing about Jairec really did. And more than anything, his lack of knowledge was beginning to poke a gaping hole in what Leo had at first assumed, leading him back to his first base instinct upon coming across him. Perhaps they were not so different, after all.
"Here's what's going to happen. We're going to Trillium, which is a highly populated planet and state within the Federation of Fioran States; it also happens to be where we live. Now, you can choose to pony up to us, or we'll throw you over to some less kind interrogators within IMG, who might even then hand you off to the state itself. I'm sure you don't want that, and we certainly like to hear and keep secrets, so what's your decision?"
