Brave Galaxy is set in a world loosely based on Hiro Mashima’s Fairy Tail and Eden’s Zero. It is a PG-13 or so rated space fantasy RP, and uses a combination of character statistics, which can be acquired via roleplaying and events, and creative freedom to help direct players’ characters. While there is a main storyline, which can be found in the events section, characters are free to interact with others and their environment however they see fit.
Explore the galaxy. Overcome the obstacles in your path. Shape the future of humanity.
Name: S.H.R.O.U.D. System (Stealthy Helical Radiation Oscillating Undercover Device)
Class: C (Rank 3 Passive Effect)
Description: The Stealthy Helical Radiation Oscillating Undercover Device, or "S.H.R.O.U.D" is a cloaking system added to Laelynns C.A.T. suit, which uses precise oscillating frequencies through a helix shaped ether flow, allowing the suit to not just bend light, but other spectrums of radiation, making it a very effective stealth tool.
Effect: While cloaked, Laelynn's suit practically becomes impossible to see, though still can be heard and sensed through other means if precautions are not taken. However, it is possible to get a clear image of her suit, even if translucent with an acuity of 30 of higher. The user is able to move at a maximum of 30 speed, however, moving past that, violent impacts to the suit, or applied on others, and the casting of magic will automatically short out the effect, rendering it visible and putting the effect on a 3 post cooldown. The true strength of the S.H.R.O.U.D system is it's ability to mask one's presence from additional electromagnetic spectrums, negating X-rays, ultra violet, infrared, and radar sensors, only capable of being detected through these means by a rank 4 or higher spell, or B-rank equipment with such properties. As such, while not designed for combat, it's a highly efficient tool for stealth and infiltration.

15,000 credits. My bad. Does this have a duration and cooldown, or is it passive? If it's passive it's probably going to be quite expensive, just a head's up.
Oy vey, I knew I forgot something. I was originally intending it to have a duration/cooldown, but considering the effect isn't meant for intense, high speed combat, I am now curious about how expensive we'd be talking if it's not too much trouble. I thought about it and a passive effect would be closer to the canon of Laelynn's original stealth effect so figured I'd ask.

Passive techniques are typically around 2 ranks below their normal effectiveness, so I would price this passive in the rank 5 price range. It would likely be mid-tier for that price range, given its restrictions.
Sweetness, I'm fine to slap down the credits as it fits the character's theme so well, lol. I'll go with the passive effect, and made some quick changes to reflect that, which I'll note below.
-Changed Class from "C Rank, Tier 3 effect" to "C-Rank, Tier 3 passive effect." I am aware it's just an additional technique rather than an item, but wanted to give it an appropriate item rank regardless as IC, it's a piece of tech causing the effect.
-Changed "The user is able to move at a maximum of 30 speed, however, moving past that, violent impacts to the suit, or applied on others, and the casting of magic will automatically short out the effect, rendering it visible again." to "The user is able to move at a maximum of 30 speed, however, moving past that, violent impacts to the suit, or applied on others, and the casting of magic will automatically short out the effect, rendering it visible again until it is re-activated."
Reasoning for this being that's where cooldown was originally going to go before the change.
-Fixed some bad typos and changed "highly effective" to "highly efficient" in the last line in effect. Also swapped out some words on the second to last line in effect like "sensed" to "detected."
If anything looks off after the changes, feel free to let me know and I'll fix it ASAP. Thank you again for the assistance.

After any of those qualifiers take place, it's going to need a cooldown of 3 posts, because otherwise you can literally just shoot someone which'll drop the invisibility, before a moment after taking it back up again. Same goes with damages to the suit and whatnot, which'll make it so anyone with an Acuity of 30 or less have a real hard time.
