The Clone Wars, if you haven't watched it yet. I would recommend watching that before the Mandalorian, as there's a bunch of stuff in Mando that won't make sense otherwise. You can find the chronological order for the Clone Wars on a couple different sites, the episodes themselves are not exactly in the right order otherwise.
Edit: Hold on, if you haven't seen the OG Star Wars that means you haven't seen any of the other movies, oh my god. Uh, so watch the original trilogy first, then watch either the prequels or Rogue One (Rogue One is my favorite movie, period), and if you're feeling adventurous you could try Solo too. I don't like the sequels but they also exist. Also, Star Wars Rebels is the successor to the Clone Wars, so you could watch that too although it's a bit kiddie until you hit the third season.
Overall chronological order for Star Wars (although I wouldn't recommend watching it this way the first time around) is:
Cheers! You've brought out the Star Wars nerd in me.
My recommendation for the MCU would be to watch in their chronological order, except skip the Incredible Hulk (I honestly don't even know if it's on Disney+) because it's irrelevant to everything else and doesn't even have Mark Ruffalo in it. You could also skip Thor: The Dark World because it's a notoriously bad movie, but that does get referenced in other movies so you might not want to. Some highlights if you just want the best of the best would be Iron Man I and III, the OG Avengers, Captain America: Winter Soldier and Civil War, both Guardians of the Galaxy, both Spider-Mans, Thor: Ragnarok, and Avengers Infinity War and Endgame. I really like Captain Marvel but alas, that's not for everyone, same thing with Ant-Man. Black Panther is really cool from a world-building and costuming perspective, though some of the story is eh. Doctor Strange is... kind of inconsequential but if you like the character I'd watch it, Iron Man II is not the best, and the Captain America trilogy as a whole is really good for its view on patriotism but if you're not big into theme I would say the first one is unnecessary. Agents of SHIELD is hella good, but they're not REALLY a part of the MCU (it's complicated) and I've already given you two more TV shows to watch so I understand why you might not want to watch SHIELD. Also, I'm pretty sure SHIELD is on Netflix, so it might not be on Disney+.

- Episode I: The Phantom Menace
- Episode II: Attack of the Clones
- The Clone Wars (TV show, there's also an animated movie)
- Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
- Solo
- Rebels (TV show, concurrent with Rogue One and A New Hope)
- Rogue One (concurrent with Rebels)
- Episode IV: A New Hope (aka the OG Star Wars, concurrent with Rebels)
- Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back
- Episode VI: Return of the Jedi
- The Mandalorian (TV show)
- Episode VII: The Force Awakens
- Episode VII: The Last Jedi
- Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker
