Brave Galaxy is set in a world loosely based on Hiro Mashima’s Fairy Tail and Eden’s Zero. It is a PG-13 or so rated space fantasy RP, and uses a combination of character statistics, which can be acquired via roleplaying and events, and creative freedom to help direct players’ characters. While there is a main storyline, which can be found in the events section, characters are free to interact with others and their environment however they see fit.
Explore the galaxy. Overcome the obstacles in your path. Shape the future of humanity.
((OoC: sorry about the wait. Been having major muse issues as if late. Then I was on a vacation.... of sorts. Anyways, back now! Let's get this scrub!))
Jak couldn't exactly disagree with him. On the surface layer, this plan was almost as insane as just walking up. But surely, Jairec would have also considered guard duties: with such a high value item, in enemy territory, you'd want to have your best people charged with keeping it safe. Its what she had always been taught, at least. Protect your assets well, and surround yourself with expendables who will cover your escape.
At this point, it was simple tactics, she thought as she began to pace lazily across the room. Obviously, the artillery is important. And it would make sense for Keyze to want to protect it. So his most capable men leave to secure the perimeter around the package. But where does that leave the clueless yuppies? The kinda pissants you wouldn't trust ta guard an outhouse? Not around the asset, that's for sure! No. You'd rein them in. Have 'em dick around the secret base that ain't no one supposed to know 'bout.
"Its game day. And he's come too far to lose!"
Jak took a sharp breath, seemingly surprised by the words that came out of her own mouth. This sort of thing was common for Jak. She had been trained to manage troops from a young age, though it had been dressed up as fun little puzzles, and just so happened to be one of Jak's favorite games. Even now, she had a hard time keeping her excitement in check.
"Right! What I mean is: he's thinking about the weapons. But he's not gonna be ready for an attack at home. We can catch him off guard."
And while they were dealing with Keyze, Jak could call in a squad to secure the firepower. It would require some heavy hitters to take down Soser's best men. Even more if they can deploy the artillery on the move. But Jak and Hairec were needed at the base. If given too much time, Keyze would bolster his forces, or dig into his position. They needed to shake things up while he was still catching his breath.
"First, we gotta sneak on that ship."
There had been stowaways for as long as there had been ships. In a way, they were engaging in one of the oldest grifts. There was bound to be some free space amidst the goods being ferried back to the bandit camp where the pair could hide. Then, it was just a matter of keeping from being noticed. Given what little of Jairec's magic specs Jak had committed to memory, Jak was pretty sure that Meat Mountain would do fine.
