[C-Class] ISC Locker Badge

Restrictions: Must be a member of the Interplanetary Security Commission (ISC)

Description: This item can be purchased by anyone who has membership to the group known as The ISC. It resembles the official ISC insignia, and is used by some members of the ISC as a replacement for their official identification, as a form of shorthand. By activating the ISC Locker Badge, an Officer can access weapons and items which they have purchased in the past. Using this effect incurs a 2 Post Cooldown on "ISC Locker Badge" before it can be used to requip again.

Description: An ISC badge which has been fitted with a Requip spell. By activating the badge, an Officer can requip to any items stored in their 'equipment locker.' It is often used by more seasoned members as an easy method to adapt to situations on the fly. It resembles the official ISC insignia, and is used by some members of the ISC as a replacement for their official identification, as a form of shorthand. This solid metal item weighs 8 oz.
Effect: Requip Rank: 3. The user can change to another piece of equipment they own by sending their equipment to and summoning their equipment from their pocket dimension. Can change one (1) full set of armor and weapons/items per requip. Using this effect incurs a 2 Post Cooldown on "ISC Locker Badge" before it can be used to requip again.
